Where is my rate data stored, and who can see it?
Your data is hosted in the US, encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated by company, so only your team can see your rates. The AI providers we use don't train on your data.
How long does setup take?
Installing Starboard is as fast as downloading the app, subject to your IT team's approval. Our onboarding team then runs multiple training sessions to get everyone on your team quoting in Starboard.
What happens to my data if we cancel?
We delete your data on request, and it is deleted automatically 90 days after cancellation.
